HOW WAS SHAKEN BORN?
I love living an active lifestyle. All my plans get set around training times, not the other way around. Workouts are much more enjoyable when the clothes fit well, have a design that supports the body when needed, do not fall down and are free of sweat stains by the end of the workout. In addition to a good fit, training outfits should get you excited to put them on and go move your body.
