Shaken OÜ (hereinafter the Online Store) has undertaken to protect the privacy of the customers and users of the Online Store.
Collection of personal data
Personal data is data that the Online Store collects during the performance of a contract concluded with an individual or for contacting him or her.

Customer data and communication history are stored for up to 3 years. Data related to payments are stored for at least 7 years on the basis of the Accounting Act.

The Online Store takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to secure customer's personal data. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process the data.
All customer’s personal data that has become known during the visit to the Online Store and the performance of purchases will be treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser's personal data and bank details.
